The Super Kids Club TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Supernastics (R) is a trademark owned by Supernastics Ltd.

The Super kids club 'S' (R) is a trademark owned by Supernastics Ltd.

Definitions

Child - means the person who has registered for and attends the sessions and who's details are stored in the booking system

Grown Up - means the parent or legal guardian who entered their details on the registration form, pays the session fees.

The Super Kids Club / Supernatics - means the company who you have entered this agreement with.

Term Dates

The Super Kids Club will normally follow the school term times which will consist of a Spring, Summer and Autumn term that will vary in length according to the school term in your area. Term dates can be found on our website www.thesuperkidsclub.co.uk or on Clas4Kids/Supernastics. Holiday club will be run during school holidays in private venues.

Fee, Payment and Refunds

All Grown up's are to complete the Terms payment prior to the child starting the sessions, other than any agreed free trial which have been pre-booked using our online booking system.

Children may join the fun at any time during the term providing there is space available and pro-rata payment is made prior to the child starting the sessions. The session fees are not refundable after the terms sessions have started. Refunds will not be provided if a child drops out, is off ill or on holiday once. All refund's will be subject to a £2.25 admin fee per child.

Sibling Discounts

A 10% sibling discount is offered for both siblings as long as they are booked into sessions at the same time - they can attend different sessions but they must book at the same time.

Session Cancellations

A £2.50 admin refund fee will be charged if the sessions are cancelled before the term is due to start. No refund will be made once the term ha started.

In the very unlikely event of adverse weather conditions that may affect the safety of the children or the coach being off due to unforeseen circumstances, Supernastics have the right to cancel the session or send a replacement coach in to complete the session. In the event of cancelled sessions, make up sessions will be offered. In the event of the setting (childcare, nursery & schools) cancelling our sessions, The Super Kids Club will not be liable to refund session fees nor provide make up sessions.

Rugby - On the rare occasion we are asked to cancel a session by HRFC when they feel the grounds are unsafe. The Super Kids Club will notify you via email before the session is due. Fees are not refundable in any circumstances. In the event of cancelled sessions, we only have two make up sessions - 25 February & 24 March 2024.

Duty of Care

Supernastics have a duty of care to maintain the safety of all the children attending the our sessions.

Confidentiality

By agreeing to our terms and conditions (T's& C's) the Grown up agrees NOT to share any aspect of The Super Kids Club's programme with anyone that is involved or operates in a business in the same market as us.

The Grown up will not replicate or use any our equipment directly or indirectly for their own use or a third party without prior written permission.

The Grown up agrees not to directly or indirectly be involved in any business which competes with The Super Kids Club while the child is paid up for and attending sessions and for 6 months thereafter.

Customer Data

The Super Kids Club agrees not to sell your data to any third party. All personal information is treated and handled with great care. We adhere to the requirements by Ofsted on holding Children and Grown-ups personal information.
